Our Artisanal raw cold extracted Mono floral Robinia honey is harvested from the Northeastern valleys of the mighty Himalayas. The Valley's unique geographical feature of having pockets of Robinia pseudo acacia tress nurtures flowers which bloom for only ten to fifteen days starting in early May every year makes this artisanal honey very unique and rare.
